Noise monitor without subscription

I am looking for a noise detector or noise monitoring device for my apartment that does not include a subscription. I'd rather pay for the device at once and monitor it myself. Does anybody have suggestions? The main purpose is to be able to detect when my guests are excessively loud, when they are having a party despite it being not allowed.

I eventually settled with the roomonitor device, which includes a subscription. There was no way around a subscription for me.
