One of my listings is not showing up in payout information

Hey all,

I'm trying to access my proof of income for a mortgage refi, however one of my listings is not showing up. It's also not showing up in payout, but has been active all year. Has anyone experienced this before?

You mean the listing is not showing up  in your Transaction History (TH), while there has been payouts ?

While browsing the TH, you did not have any filters active ?

Did you also downloaded the CSV file to check of it is also missing there ?

No, it's the Proof of Income statement.

It only shows the three listings at 4517 Abbott Ave S, not the listings at 3092 Cedar St.

Also, when will November 2021 numbers show up on the statement?
