Hello!
Does anybody have any advice about options of adding extra room(s) for a higher guest capacity? For example, I host a 3bed/2bath that sleeps 6. However, there is a bonus room that we currently use for storage (behind a locked door) that could potentially sleep up to 4 more people (2 beds). I don't necessarily want to offer this at all times, because I still want to price it to appeal to smaller groups. It would be nice though, to offer te larger space as an option. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I never did it before but you can try the parent-child listening. You can list them as separate listings, but can be linked together. And you can block the dates for the one you don't want to rent out.
