Owner transition procedures

Since I have no time to take care of rentals, I want to transfer my listings from my account to my wife's account. Is there a way to slowly do this without reloading descriptions? And when will I be able to close my account? Thank you!

@Patrick1172 Airbnb terms of service disallow transferring listings or accounts from one person to another. You can make your wife a co-host, and the primary host. That said, there are plenty of couples who operate as a single “joint” account.
