Where would be a good place to post this on my listing? Is it possible to send the Guests a reminder or some info?

I have put things like this in guest resources the house manual part that guests get to see once they have booked.

@Thomas407  I put it in the welcome message and house book (physical book at the house). My welcome message has bullet points with address, info about the house, parking, WiFi, most important house rules (no smoking). House book has things like trash info, house details, nearby places to eat and get groceries
