Payments not given to the host until 28 days

Hi 

I’m a host and have been for quite a few years?

recently we had our guest extend for another month?

I thought as they paid straight away that I would get the money straight away? Wrong 28 day Airbb told me this is absolutely bull**bleep**

I do not understand your case.

"long term stays" (28+ nights) are paid in monthly installments.

If a long term stay is extended ("change" option), then the installments scheme remains active.
