Photos loading upside down on check-in process

Hi all,

I'm new to hosting.  I just added in the instructions in the steps for check-in and attached photos, but they all loaded upside down.  I tried doing it again, and actually even took the photos upside down to see if they would then look normal, but doesn't matter how I take the photos, they load on the app upside down.  There doesn't appear to be any option to change the rotation.  Can someone help?  I guess my other question is I can't find a contact number/email address for Airbnb anywhere.

Hi Kim, I don't have the answer but thought I'd jump onto your post to say I'm having exactly the same problem.

Airbnb, I couldn't find any online help either. A Live Chat function would be helpful for certain situations for Hosts. Cheers, Tanya

Hey Kim, I just worked out a way around it. It's a bit annoying to have to do it but it works. 

Send the photo to yourself (via whatever platform - I did it via a normal message to my own mobile but I used the "received" photo not the "sent" photo. 

Save that version of the photo to your device and pick up that one when you're uploading it on Airbnb.

This works. When I texted the photo to myself, the app told me the resolution was too small. So then I emailed the photo, and it worked. Hopefully they'll fix this soon, but this is a good workaround.
