Just started so a lot to learn and probably improve, but it would be interesting to get some 1st impressions and feedback for "SliDoor".

Hello @Emmanuel1577 ,
Welcome to the community. Cute place and I adore your 4B's meaning.
Thanx for the suggestions. Great ideas, but what a lot of hard work ....and skills learning seem required. I will bear in mind and seek to up my skills, but have found the learning curve very steep and intensive - particularly with navigating the algorithms etc. for Air BnB - TBH Bookin.com fill up my calendar Super quick!!?
Due to pressures, as well as imminent travel to Texas and other spots throughout December, am thinking of giving it to a hosting agent/company and maybe revisit self management on a different unit, although I wonder whether the fees are negated by the increased revenue achieved by said cos.
I really like your cover page idea.....xx
Hi Guys,
Photos are the first thing potential guests notice when browsing listings. They create an emotional connection and set expectations.
Make sure images are not on angle, remove unnecessary images, use natural light, highlights the many bedroom you offered, make the primary photo the building facade. Take images from afar that evokes the feeling of how it is to be in London. The quirkiness of the place gives its own character. Mostly your listing just needs a good revamp of images so people feel connected to book it.
The first 5 photos should convey the listing and is very crucial as we only invite them through it.
Good luck and your off to a good one! 🙂 I love London and especially Canterbury.
Thanx for that
.....and lol - London is NOT Canterbury.
Blessings
Hello, congratulations on your bookings and new listing. I absolutely love Airbnb.
I did not see a check out time but could have overlooked it.
I am also am wondering if there are any windows? Perhaps allow someone natural lighting in.
Definitely switch up the pictures!
Your location sounds amazing!
Best of luck!
Lori
Looool @Lori3726, it is small, but it's Not a cell, so yes it does have windows. Having said that, think of Oliver Twist and all the old English movie scenes and then conjoin them with tiny little Victoria room sizes (they would probably have been the kitchen and Maids quarters when built almost 200 years ago) and yes as a London basement flat Natural light isn't the biggest feature of the place.
Still if you did come and stay, I'm sure the quirky styling and closetted feel would actually make you feel comfy and cocooned away from the London bustle. Will work on pics as soon as though.
Thanx for the advice.
