It would also be great to know how you typically handle the cleaning of items such as carpets, curtains, and upholstery, and which areas you specifically focus on! Perhaps you follow a schedule e.g. starting with the rooms first?

Let’s share tips to help each other out! 🤩

@Quincy,

We do a through cleaning after each stay, and a refresher cleaning before arrival if the the space has been vacant for more than a week.

I know most people figured it out already, but I meant to write that we do a "thorough" cleaning after each stay.

We don’t do Spring cleaning as the unit is thoroughly cleaned after each check out which is typically weekly.
I do  visit the space 2 or 3 x per year and will tackle the tops of cabinets, removing couch covers and washing, as well as touch up painting. My husband will tackle window washing of the several exterior windows. Sliders are done each visit by cleaners. We are at the beach so washing of the exterior windows is almost futile as they get dirty again so quickly 😐
We don’t  have carpets and curtains just throw rugs and blinds. Cleaners will let me know if towels and such are out of gas and I just send to them to be replaced.
