Pond on property

Just wondering who has a pond on Airbnb property?  Is there any additional waiver you have guests sign?

@Dawn688 , i have a pond on property with a deck and peddle boat. I have not had anyone sign a liability waiver but a few people have suggested that I do this. I am going to ask my insurance agent and attorney about this. Watching for answers from others.
