Pool waiver

Pool waiver

How do you let the guest know that they need to sign the pool waiver. Should it be added with check in instructions? should they sign whether they are planning to use the pool or not?

@Igloo-Retreats0   Make sure that the waiver is referenced in your listing description.  When you send the guest the booking confirmation (thank you for booking note) mention the need to sign the waiver and request an email address to send the waiver to.  NO ONE should receive the property access instructions until they sign the waiver, whether they plan to use the pool or not.  You can't remove a pool from the property, so the liability exists.

Hi @Igloo-Retreats0

How have you managed this so far in your property?

In addition to Lorna's advice, I wanted to ask a few other hosts who discussed pool waivers if they had more suggestions for you: what do you think @Melissa2677 @Jonathan2725 @Juan63?

Thanks 🙂

Emilie
