It unfair and unprofessional  for Airbnb to suspended my profile cos i got 3.7 rating, the market  has been down i got no booking for months, but the few booking i got rated me 5stars but Airbnb decided to suspended my profile with all my listings, for 30days after investing all my bank savings, this is so sad and unprofessional who know how to get Airbnb to look into my case and give fair judgement

You say they suspended you for a 3.7 rating and then at the same time say you have all five star ratings @Gladys183 

Which is it?

You have some lovely compliments about your hosting style, but a few reviews which raise concerns about the cleanliness and quality of the listing.

Sadly it's always risky to invest all your savings into a volatile disrupter market like short term rentals I'm afraid.

I would suggest you market your listings directly and through other channels and not rely on a single marketing channel i.e. Airbnb  @Gladys183
