Requiring at least five airbnb reviews

Hi,

We feel more comfortable with potential renters having at least five Airbnb reviews and we decline those that do not.

We have rejected 3 this week alone so I am wondering what is the best way to let people know our review requirement before they send us a request?

Should I put it at the beginning of the property description? somewhere else? Looking for suggestions. Thanks

@John5806 Ugh. I just don't get parents giving their kids crayons and markers and then not paying attention to what they are doing. Do they get to draw on the walls at home? I raised three kids and provided them with tons of art supplies and not once did it occur to them to draw on the wall.

I was going to suggest when I looked at your photos, that you have far too many decorative, breakable items. I'd pack that stuff away.

Based on my experience, # of reviews does not equate to great guest. My worst guest had 55 reviews. I am always shocked by what I think is going to be an easy reservation (because the guest is well seasoned on Airbnb) only to find a guest with bad communication skills or a slob.
