Road work scheduled right in front of my airbnb. Should I give a discount to guests scheduled to come during that time?

I just found out from a guest currently staying at my airbnb that roadwork began this morning right across the street from my place. I looked up the details after she notified me, and it looks like the work is scheduled to go on for another week. It will not be directly in front of my place the entire time, but if will affect the street needed to get to the property the entire week. Should I offer a discount for the current guest and another guest that is supposed to come in the next week? Help!!!

I would offer a 20%discount and inform the upcoming guests. Does it cause a lot of noise and dust?
