Hi fellow hosts! I’d love to get your advice on how to enhance my Airbnb space. I’m looking for tips on improving guest experience, boosting amenities, or any ideas to make the space even more welcoming. Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
1. Have a look at what your competitors are offering
2. design your listing with your target guest in mind
@Praise11 presumably you've stayed in the listing so know first hand what it's like to stay?
Thank you for the tips
I think you should chame max to 4 trying to offer sleeping on your couch doesn't have positive results.
Cover photo your house is beautiful and huge. Potential Guests want a resonance priced rental for 4 for a week. Could scare off your market, Maybe a comfortable living room for four or a small patio area. Don't overwhelm.
Your photos =Take a potential Guest on a visual tour, include kitchen and bathrooms and take pictures where the whole room is some what visible. Guest needs to be able imagining the space.
Review Amenities include everything Minimum for a 2 bedroom is usually at least 35.
Instead of a sale price turning on the Airbnb New Listing Discount is really helpful.
Fill out your Host Profile Guests worry are you real if new and nothing about the Host.
Hi @Praise11!
Focus on Amenities because some search filters can be for kitchen which yours incorrectly says No Kitchen. Especially when potential Guests are not from your country what you mean by kitchen may be different then what is their usual, so list your appliances. The No Hot Water Airbnb has that listed because that is the normal for some places, you want to be sure you are accurate and display all you offer what is your normal may not be the Guest's normal.
Thank you for coming to my rescue once again 😂. I appreciate
