I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to gather some insights and advice on how to increase bookings for my Airbnb property located in Chattanooga.

Here are a few details about my listing:

- **Property Type: Townhome
- **Number of Guests: Up to 8
- **Unique Features:3 min to downtown, plenty of space to enjoy. 
- **Current Pricing Strategy: Competitive pricing and strategic planning. 
- **Recent Challenges: Few Bookings.

I’ve tried  things like improving the listing description, updating photos, or adjusting pricing, but I’m still looking for more effective ways to attract guests.
