Spare room or entire home

Hello

I am wondering can I do both share a spare bedroom or my entire house on here? I am now hosting my entire home but will I get more feedback with renting my spare room out?

Actually quite a few hosts do that you list two rentals with calendars linked so when one is booked the other is blocked
