In nyc industrial zones allow trailer/rv parking for free, can i rent out my parked rv in nyc like an apartment on airbnb?

Good question. I don’t see why not as long as it’s disclosed to guests and permits are in place with the city ordinances.
Maggie 😊

@Maggie633 What do you mean by permits and city ordinances?

Hi !

I was referring to having a business  license.  Also the city ordinance has specifications for airbnbs

Maggie 😊

I believe most cities require this.

Hi @Vlane0

I agree with @Maggie633

Be very clear in the description and photos, so guests know exactly what to expect. If it's nicely set up and well communicated, it could be popular.

Is your plan to site an RV in an industrial area and rent it out? Doesn't sound like a very attractive location. I would not wish to stay in a place like that.

Presumably you've checked STR regulations for NYC if not start there @Vlane0

Also just a thought will you be able to provide water and bathroom facilities.  People will rent the craziest ideas on a budget but can you offer minimal essential needs.
