Studio Apartment or 1-Bedroom: Which is Better for Hosting in Dubai?

Hello everyone,

I’m a new host on Airbnb Dubai, and planning to start hosting in Dubai and am trying to decide between a studio apartment and a 1-bedroom property. Could you please suggest from your experience which type of property tends to perform better on Airbnb?

I'm particularly interested in understanding:

• Which option generally attracts more bookings?
• What type of guests (e.g., tourists, business travelers, etc.) tend to prefer each type?
• Any other factors I should consider when making my decision?

Have a look on Airdna to get an idea of supply and demand for both types of accommodation. Many locations now have oversaturated markets @Shaimaa7
