The ideal matress

We are listing our home on Airbnb for the first time and are looking to buy the most ideal mattress for all. So far we understand that this means the mattress should be 1. Hybrid 2. 12 inch 3. King size. What we are most concerned about is the over all quality and that is does not sag. We have not ordered a mattress to try, as returns with a mattress in a box seem unfavorable. We are looking into brands like novilla, zinus, and sweet sleep, needless to say reviews are mixed. At this point we’d just like a recommendation of what amazon in a box mattress your guests you!
