The ideal matress

We are listing our home on Airbnb for the first time and are looking to buy the most ideal mattress for all. So far we understand that this means the mattress should be 1. Hybrid 2. 12 inch 3. King size. What we are most concerned about is the over all quality and that is does not sag. We have not ordered a mattress to try, as returns with a mattress in a box seem unfavorable. We are looking into brands like novilla, zinus, and sweet sleep, needless to say reviews are mixed. At this point we’d just like a recommendation of what amazon in a box mattress your guests you! If you have a bed that guests rave about PLEASE let us know and thank you 🙂

I purchased all my mattress for Airbnb at American Furniture Warehouses for a reasonable price. 

I’ve received compliments on the comfort. I tend to buy medium firmness.

I have a regular mattress with an OctaSMART topper.  I've had no complaints about the quality of sleep, only compliments. Cover is washable. Hope this helps as an alternative for you.
