Trying to cancel a listing I didnt mean to create

Does anyone know I cancel a listing that was created 5 years but I didn't finish? I reached out a few hours ago and no response. On a time crunch for work to accept a team hosting position and due to this old listing I am unable to do anything.

@MandyJane0 I think you need to publish the listing and then you will be able to delete it
