Turn On 20% Off Discount for First Three Reservations

I was offered this initially and said "no", but I'd like to turn it back on.  My listing that I co-host just went live tonight and we need this discount set up so we can bring in some guests, reviews and money!  I was advised that as soon I set my listing to "live" it would come back up again, but that is not the case.  Help!  

I am also having challenges changing rule-sets in the calendar so I may charge more over holiday weekends.  Right now the only thing I am able to set are rules for the amount of days I can allow someone to stay. 

This is not my first rodeo, yet I feel like it.

@Kerry429 the easiest way to charge more for holiday weekends is to just adjust the price per night in your calendar.
