Unfortunate guest review!!

I had an awkward guest who did not care about houserules and ultimately gave my listing 1 star.

Rather than just posting 'shame on you' in response to his review it would have been better to clearly outline what happened or 

' we agreed that the guest could have x visitors during the day but each night he allowed xxx visitors not on the booking to stay despite being asked to add an overnight guests to the booking' .... or whatever the situation was .
