@Mamun8 Rather than just posting 'shame on you' in response to his review it would have been better to clearly outline what happened or
' we agreed that the guest could have x visitors during the day but each night he allowed xxx visitors not on the booking to stay despite being asked to add an overnight guests to the booking' .... or whatever the situation was .
@Mamun8 Reach out to airbnb. There are guests that are BAD actors. I have hosted a couple out of 200 or so. Airbnb will remove reviews under certain circumstances. It is important to NOTE that airbnb may be HOSTILE towards hosts at times without reason. Calling/contacting many times works the best as you will get different results from different airbnb employees. Good luck!
