I have (3) sites in the woods of Northern New England which I'll be opening in spring of this year. Getting to the sites will require driving down a private road to a small parking lot which I plan to have plowed. However, guests will then have to walk down narrow walking paths, about 200 yards, to get to the sites themselves. I am not sure a snow removal company will be willing to clear these and I am concerned about getting these cleared when there is snow as the property is about a 2 hour drive from where I live. Does anyone have any similar experience and have any advice/suggestions?
@Jared301 transparency is my best friend. Make this very clear in your listing: this property is rural and I am only able to clear the snow to the parked area. Can you make some shovels available in a shed in the parking area?
