Hello @Sinan53, well, that's a very general question. It mostly depends on what you offer and what kind of guests you want to get.
When you describe your listing try to emphasize on your property's advantages, such as the location or proximity to main attractions. Guests like extra amenities/compliments, like free Netflix, game console, chocolate bar. I usually offer a free chocolate bar with national symbols to my guests. Photos should be bright and visually increase the amount of space, try to get as much as possible when taking pictures. Turn on the lights available in the room and take from the angle side, so that a photo could include much space. Include every little detail in your listing description. If it's a house - better to take pictures of the exterior. What I also do is sharing basic information on how to get from the nearest airport, bus/train station on a map screenshot and how long it can take approximately. Sharing directions on how to get to the nearest eateries, popular attractions, parks, supermarkets is also a very good idea!
