What makes my place stand out is that it’s the only historic mansion from the early 1900s, right in the heart of Dallas. It’s been fully restored and even features the largest in ground pool downtown, along with mini golf, which makes it even more unique. Staying here gives you that perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury, with a hot tub and pool to enjoy.

So far, knock on wood, I’ve never had a negative review at the Mansion! I always go all out with the finest linens, towels, and mattresses, and every amenity is topnotch, including a Viking outdoor grill. The house has even been featured on the NBC Today Show, and I make sure every guest leaves with a 5-star experience. If something goes wrong, I take care of it like sending free breakfast or dinner from a nearby luxury restaurant.

I treat this place like a luxury retreat, from the high-end furniture to the little details like the soaps. I’ve also been lucky to host a few well-known guests, which is always a cool experience for everyone who stays.

My biggest tip? Always make the guest happy. It’s an old house, so things can come up, but when they do, I make sure guests are overcompensated. I always have emergency plumbers and HVAC teams on standby. Recently, a guest mentioned the AC wasn’t cooling enough, so I had the HVAC crew out first thing in the morning and comped the guest for the night. Guests should never pay unless everything is working perfectly.

My cottage is at the seaside an hour from London, Uk; it’s in a conservation area so the historic buildings are preserved, and as a very popular area for locals, there are pubs, restaurants and coffee shops on the same street. Leigh on Sea was voted 4th happiest place to live in the UK.

Det som är speciellt  med mitt området är att det finns polin museet i grannskap.

Det är värdefullt att besöka för att lära sig om polsk judar historia.

Lägenheten ligger mycket centralt och det finns många restauranger och kaffet stenkast från huset.Fina gamla parker,biografer och stor köpscenter.

What is special about my area is that there is the Polish Museum in the neighborhood.

It is worth visiting to learn about the history of Polish Jews.

The apartment is very centrally located and there are many restaurants and coffee a stone's throw from the house. Nice old parks, cinemas and a large shopping center.

Our guest house is located right in the heart of the city, just behind the iconic Registan Square—a magnet for tourists from all over the world. Despite being in the city center, the area offers a peaceful and pleasant environment, making it a comfortable retreat. Plus, our location is surrounded by numerous historical monuments and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the rich history and culture of the area.

Besides, there are a lot of different chains and local cuisine.

Our listing is located in beautiful Norther Michigan on Mullet Lake.  Great for swimming, fishing, and boating right out front of the listing.  They are may great areas to visit within half hour drive, like Mackinaw Island.  You get the sunrises daily and the can ride on the bike trail for hundred miles out front. Fall offers wonderful brilliant colors with many winery's to visit.  Winter snow allow you to ski, snowshoe, tube, and snowmobile to wonder destinations. You are able to find all kind of actives  for every season.
