Our unique feature would be space and serenity, 40 minutes away from the city noise, secluded in a gated community with 8+ bedrooms and bathrooms, garden and pool views, located in Ikingi Maryut, Alexandria, Egypt.

Hi everyone I wanted to share my outdoor Sauna with you guys, what do you guys think?  I guess in my area Brussels city center there is no other sauna like this. If some else also has a similar set-up please reach out as when I am fully booked people still ask for sauna , then I can recommend them yours.

When I first started in the furnished rental business, I was focused on practicality and cost—we used double beds because they were affordable and easy to move as we expanded. But over the years, particularly when I began hosting on Airbnb, my perspective shifted. I realized that comfort is at the heart of a memorable stay.

Now, every property has at least one king-sized bed, sometimes two, and queens are the new standard. A good night’s sleep can make all the difference, and I want my guests to feel they’re staying somewhere that truly prioritizes their well-being.

But it’s not just about beds. I’ve made sure there are ways to unwind and enjoy—whether that’s a foosball table, pool table, Sony PlayStation, or a collection of board games. Bedrooms feature TVs so everyone has their own space to relax, and every kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials. I also include BBQs to make family meals or weekend cookouts an easy and fun experience.

My properties have come a long way since the beginning, and I take pride in curating spaces that balance comfort, convenience, and opportunities for guests to create lasting memories.The basement of this property offers a versatile space for both relaxation and entertainment. It features a secondary TV area perfect for unwinding,a well-equipped gym for staying active, and fun recreational options includinga foosball table and a Sony Wii for hours of enjoyment.

our uniqueness is that we focus on fun and wellness and celebrations of life events.

Located by the sea, in the seaside resort of Southsea. (The UK’s only island waterfront city) 

We have a spa and hot tub and our 16 rooms are themed around romance and and fun. 

We provide our guests with free games rooms and entertainment and really it’s about making memories together, whatever the occasion.
