What view does your home offer your guests?

I’ve been thinking about how often guests comment on the view from a listing or the surrounding area, so I thought it would be nice to open up a conversation about what your homes offer when guests look out the window, from a balcony, or simply by stepping outside the front door. 

So my question is: what view does your home offer your guests?

HIi @Rebecca my listing is in a suburb of Perth, which is on the coast and is the capital city of the state of Western Australia. We are situated in the Perth hills on the Darling Scarp. We have a pool & pool deck with an infinity edge and clear view of the city and along the Perth coastal plain. Makes for stunning sunsets 🙂

We are very fortunate to be positioned in the Costa Rican coastal hills with a wonderful and very private view of the Gulf of Nicoya and the mountains in the distance.    Beyond that we have jungle valley with Scarlet Macaws, Toucans, Howler Monkeys........it's not a bad way to wake up.
