Hi everyone 👋
I’ve been thinking about how often guests comment on the view from a listing or the surrounding area, so I thought it would be nice to open up a conversation about what your homes offer when guests look out the window, from a balcony, or simply by stepping outside the front door.
So my question is: what view does your home offer your guests?
You’re welcome to share a photo, a short description or even a comment or review a guest has left about it.
I can’t wait to see the views and hear the stories behind them ✨

Venice
Ciao @Rebecca ,
The first thing guests see when they walk out the door of my house in Venice is the Rio di San Girolamo canal 😍
Of course, it's best to avoid running out, because there are no fences, and if you're not careful, you might end up taking a dip in the canal 😂

😂 Oh dear, that wouldn't be the best start to the day! @Andrea6232
That view is exactly what I would imagine for a holiday in Venice. I bet your guests always comment about the location!
Some of the views from my cottage
on the Isle of Skye.
Amazing pictures @Fiona256, What a beautiful place!
Were these photos taken in a specific season, or across different times of the year?
The owl is simply amazing 🙏
Hi @Paula
Glad you like them. We are lucky to live here. Skye is a spectacular island that I am proud to be a native of.
The photos were taken in summer and early autumn.
@Rebecca This is the view out the back door to the Cabin area.
I just realised that the most panoramic view we have is not really noticable in our listing. Must work on that.
Oh my goodness, this is just perfect @Ingrid1115 ! 😍
The lighting in that photo is gorgeous. Did you take the photo yourself or did you have a photographer come in? I'd love to see the panoramic view. Norway is on my travel list this year - somehow!
For my property, I intentionally chose a location outside the city. The main idea was to move away from noise and crowds while offering guests a higher level of calm, relaxation, and privacy.
Because it’s a chalet-style villa with its own private front space, we designed the outdoor area to become part of the experience itself. There are no tall buildings overlooking the garden, which creates a strong sense of openness and seclusion.
We invested heavily in the front space to provide a visually soothing, green setting — something that guests can enjoy throughout the day. Whether they’re having breakfast in the morning, relaxing by the pool, or even simply unwinding, the natural view becomes a key part of their stay.
Many guests mention how the atmosphere feels peaceful and refreshing, which is exactly the feeling we aimed to create.
