I think both properties beautiful.

I think just some New Listing tweaks meaded.

On the condo you only advertise accommodating 4 Guests but since max Guests is 6 that is where your primarily displayed.

Review Amenities your New Listing says No Hot Water and No Essentials.

When you say kitchen, you should also list what appliances available, normal vary.

Use Airbnb New Listing Discount it gives your listing a traffic boost

Just because a rented space is in your secured home, Guests prefer a rental space that has a loc they control I encourage a bedroom door lock for that rental.

On the condo do some fixes and then Airbnb Custom Discount you can set up and receive Airbnb narketing

I recently checked out your listing, and I think it has great potential! The space itself is lovely, and with just a few small tweaks, it could be even more visually appealing to guests.

Here are some ideas that might enhance the overall presentation:

1. Hiding TV wires: A cleaner look always makes a room feel more polished
2. Adjusting the air-conditioner position: if repositioning isn't possible, adding a frame, artwork, or a light fixture on the wall could help balance it visually.
3. Indoor Plants: one large indoor plant placed on the floor and few small plant pot on the side tables, could add warmth and depth to the space, making it feel more inviting and esthetically pleasing.

I also wanted to mention that pictures serve as a visual guide for guests who have never been to your place, so it's best to take photos and write the description for their visual tour. Right now, some images seem to focus more on the surroundings, while others are slightly tilted—recapturing them with a clearer angle and ensuring they highlight the best aspects of the space will make a big difference.

I wanted to share these thoughts because I truly think your listing has the potential to stand out and attract more guests.

Fellow Ontario host here—just wanted to say your place looks absolutely beautiful. I’ve always loved Discovery Bay, and next time I’m down that way, I’ll be keeping your spot in mind for sure.

As for guidance, I think the other hosts have already shared some great tips. From where I’m sitting, you’ve created a space that looks thoughtful, relaxing, and well-loved—those sunrise and sunset views alone are a draw.

I would honestly give you a C in the design category. The listing is too brown and lacks an identifiable design language.
