Where can I add a few tips about my apartment for bookers to see?

Hi everyone

I want to add a few details somewhere on my listing or for people who have booked to let them know a couple of things about the flat i.e to be careful using our boiling water tap, where to find the vacuum cleaner if they want it, where the recycling bins in the block are etc.

Where can I add this info? It's not really something people need to know at the point of booking but will be really useful for them once they have booked. Is this info something I should add to a guidebook? I can't find an obvious place for it.

If you look on your listing you can add a visitor guide. 

I also have a laminated sheet on the fridge with key information and check out expectations.

And I have a printed visitor guide with information on how the cooker, boiler, washing machine, dishwasher , recycling and other amenities work, local recommendations, transport, attractions etc.
