Which is better - king size or queen in a small room?

Which is better - king size or queen in a small room?

4 bedroom house each with ensuite bath.

Bedroom 1 is a King (plenty of room)

Bedroom 2 is a Queen with bunk

Bedroom 3 is 11x11 with a Queen

Bedroom 4 is 11"2 x 11' 8"

 

Do I try to squeeze a King into Bedroom #4? It'll be really tight. Maybe I can fit one small nightstand. Or is it better to allow guests more space and just put in a Queen?
