experience uploaded photos stuck in review

Hi everyone,

I have an issue and was wondering if anyone else encountered it. I have an in-person experience since a few years and 5 days ago I uploaded some new pics for my experience. Ever since, the photos are stuck "In Review" - they were neither accepted nor rejected. It is quite unfortunate because I really need to post these pics. I contacted airbnb in writing as well as on the phone - I keep being told to be patient but 5 days seems extreme. In the past it took max 1 day to get the pictures vetted.

Does anyone have any advice for me?
