for some reason Airbnb will not recognise my new laptop

I already have an account and have just got my first Superhost bonus YAYYY. but  when I attempt to log into my account from my new laptop, the system tries to get me to set up a new account. HELP !!!!

It should be able to login with new hardware.

BTW are you using an Apple computer and login with "Apple ID" ?

I am aware that I should be able to log in, but the system will not allow this. hence my question. using Windows 10
