how to relist my listing

I got an email in march saying that my listing had been deactivated. I cant talk with anyone at airbnb and the chat doesnt help at all. The email was saying that i was having an issue with MA department of revenue, but i called and its updated, no issues. what can i do?please help, i cant hold the listing for long
