HI All, and thanks in advance for input!!
i have a house on a small lake in upstate NY.
we have kayaks and a canoe available for use by guests.
i was wondering what people do to protect themselves from liability if by chance there was an issue.
are there forms in the airbnb website?

@Jerry666 Talk to your property insurance company about the validity of waivers. Airbnb does not support posting and signing waivers, so you will have to write in your description that waivers will be provided via email and must be signed prior to guest arrival.
AIRCOVER will not protect you from liability.
