long photo captions don't show on mobile

l have fairly long captions on my photos to add useful information. They show well on my PC but they are truncated on my mobile (Android). There is a 'read more...' that you can click, but it doesn't do anything. Anyone knows the solution?

Solution, no, but I think you're wasting your precious time, @Marie-Christine60.

Most would-be guests won't open your photos in individual 'gallery' style, they'll simply view them in a scrollable view. This means they won't see your captions which, in my opinion, are a little too detailed and almost a distraction.

I have the same problem.  They wouldn't have provided the option to add captions, if they didn't think it was useful.  I certainty would like to figure it out.
