pros and cons of having my listing managed

Hey I’m new to Air BNB.

I’m trying to be hands on with managing my property, but also want to make sure I’m doing everything to keep my property rented out. Just asking to see if it’s more profitable if I got an experienced host to managed the property or should I continue to do it?What is the typical percentage they receive to manage your listing?

@Takisha1 management percentages seem to be around the 20% mark. I would think you would do better to manage it yourself.

Really depends what your time is worth and whether you have the expertise and time to manage your own STR business @Takisha1
