Great to meet you and share stories. Your class was easily the best. I so appreciate actual examples.
I'm implementing some of your suggestions right now: Reviews in photos, Upgrading wifi to blazing speeds: 75mgbs (just to promote that amenity). Also, I have an assistant creating a data base of all my reviews, tagging user experience categories, so I can use that info in the desciptions. Lastly, I'm taking screen shots of everything. It's been on my list for a while, but the AO was a kick in the ass.
Best tip of AO 2015: Reviews are truncated. If you respond to a review it opens up and you end up attracting attention to it. So really consider whether you should respond or should just let it float away into history.
