Airbnb Open 2017 - Speaker Idea

From what I know Speakers at Airbnb Open are invited to speak. As an Airbnb Superhost of almost 7 years I have an idea to pitch about How and What it takes to gain 5 Star Ratings for Long Term Guests. It's challenging! Because of the work economy and population growth here, Seattle has seen a large number of longer term guests who are in the middle of transition as they settle into the city and their jobs, and as they look for permanent housing. Most of my guests stay with me from 1-3 months. Only a smaller percentage of my guests book for less than that!

I work hard at serving my guests and keeping my reviews high and have shifted and adjusted how I do that over the years as guests needs/wants have shifted too. Would other guests from around the world and Airbnb community be interested in learning about the How and What? Is it possible to pitch this idea to hopefully speak about at the 2017 Open?

If so, who would I talk with about it at Airbnb? Thanks so much!
