 The area has almost no down season anymore. The entire valley is thriving when it comes to the STR industry. I hope hosts can keep doing the right thing and show the surrounding city this can be done in a responsible way and cities should support this industry.

Hello from La Quinta, @Patrick568 .  I am finding that the more events that are coming to the valley does draw more travelers.  I love it!  While the summer is not an active time for my listing, some listings still get the sun and heat lovers.

@Linda108 I'm assuming june, july and august are your slowest times. Hopefully you have a pool because. WOW it does get hot. Do you do anything different during the summer to try and draw guests?
