Transfers do not drop at private address

Hi hope somebody can help,we have booked an apartment in benidorm but the transfer company do not drop at private address's,i contacted the host to ask if there is a nearby hotel or landmark where we can be dropped off,the host does not seem to understand the question i ask her or my english way of asking confuses her?This is the addressAv. de Suecia planta 7 piso 9, Benidorm, Comunidad Valenciana....any help would be much  appreciated.....

Hello @Cath17,

You should find from the company what kind of addresses they do allow drop offs at. They may also be able to suggest a location that's near the listing.

If they drop off to hotels you can find nearby hotels on Google maps.

Type in the apartment address. I used Av. de Suecia,7 and picked the Benidorm suggestion.

Then click on "Nearby" and select "Hotels nearby".

The map showed the following ones. If you're to go by the screenshot below make sure that the listing at the little grey marker on Av. de Suecia is the one you want.
