Hosting Ukrainian refugees

I own and manage a number of Airbnb holiday lets in the UK.  I am looking to sponsor and host a Ukranian couple currently in the US and also sponsor and in so doing thereby reunite them in the UK with their son who up until now has remained in Ukraine 

I see nothing that indicates this can be done successfully through Airbnb’s Ukranian refugee free or discounted housing programme and that I can retain the tax treatment for for the property as an FHL in the UK

Does anyone have a different perspective or experience?
