I am excited to connect with all of you for another Q&A session.
As many of you know, I started Hosting earlier this year with my husband and co-Host, Hugh, and I have learned so much during this time. Specifically how much effort and care goes into being a great Host, and of course a Superhost! I have always been full of admiration for our Host community - my appreciation now for all that you do and are able to achieve is even deeper!
On November 8, Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky announced the 2023 Winter Release, which includes significant upgrades to the Host experience such as new tools to manage and showcase your listings and coming soon will be upgraded pricing features. As with all our releases, the product innovations have been directly influenced by the feedback we hear from our Host community.
And I am sure you won’t be surprised to hear I am now one of those voices of feedback!
So it has been such a pleasant surprise to see the new Listings tab: how easy and intuitive it is to add amenities; how much easier it is to remove old listings that were never published and of course the photo tour! If you have not yet explored the changes, I really encourage everyone to give it a try.
As I said earlier, we're always listening to your feedback and we received great questions during our last Q&A session in May. I’d love to hear from you again and I invite you to ask me any questions you might have about this most recent release

J'ai eu l'agréable surprise de découvrir la nouvelle page Annonces, qui permet d'ajouter facilement des équipements de façon intuitive, de supprimer d'anciennes annonces jamais publiées… et bien sûr, de créer une visite photo. Si vous n'avez pas encore découvert ces nouveautés, faites-le !

Sono felicissima di ritrovarmi con voi per un'altra sessione di domande e risposte.
Come molti sanno, ospito dall'inizio di quest'anno con mio marito e co-host, Hugh. Ho imparato così tanto in questo periodo, soprattutto quanta fatica e cura servano per essere ottimi host e, naturalmente, fantastici Superhost. Ho sempre avuto grande ammirazione per la nostra community di host e ora il mio apprezzamento per ciò che fate e riuscite a ottenere è persino più sentito.
L'8 novembre Brian Chesky, CEO di Airbnb, ha annunciato la Winter Release 2023, con significative novità per l'esperienza degli host, come nuovi strumenti per gestire e promuovere gli annunci. Presto arriveranno anche le funzionalità aggiornate per i prezzi. Come per ogni nuova release, le innovazioni al prodotto sono state direttamente influenzate dal feedback che riceviamo dalla nostra community di host.
E sono certa che non vi sorprenderà sapere che ora sono anche io una di quelle voci di feedback!
È stata una piacevole sorpresa vedere la nuova scheda Annunci, scoprire quanto sia facile e intuitivo aggiungere servizi e rimuovere i vecchi annunci mai pubblicati. E naturalmente il tour fotografico. Se ancora non avete esplorato le novità, vi incoraggio tutti caldamente a farlo.
Come dicevo prima, ascoltiamo sempre il vostro feedback e abbiamo ricevuto ottime domande nella nostra ultima sessione a maggio. Mi piacerebbe sentirvi ancora, quindi vi invito a pormi qualsiasi dubbio abbiate su quest'ultima release.
Potete inviare domande in questo thread fino a fine settimana, cioè il 17 novembre. I Community Manager di Airbnb metteranno insieme quelle più popolari legate alla release, e io risponderò entro la fine di novembre.

Me ha encantado descubrir la nueva pestaña Anuncios, lo fácil e intuitivo que es añadir servicios y eliminar anuncios antiguos que nunca se publicaron. Y, por supuesto, el recorrido fotográfico. Si aún no habéis explorado estos cambios, os animo a todos a probarlos.
Como he dicho antes, siempre tenemos en cuenta vuestros comentarios y también hemos recibido preguntas muy interesantes durante la última sesión de preguntas y respuestas de mayo. Estoy deseando conocer vuestra opinión y os invito a preguntarme cualquier duda que tengáis sobre las novedades de este último lanzamiento.

Dazu gehören neue Tools zum Verwalten und Präsentieren eurer Inserate, und auch die Preisfunktionen werden bald verbessert. Wie bei all unseren Updates wurden die Produktinnovationen direkt vom Feedback unserer Gastgeber:innen-Community beeinflusst.
Es wird euch sicher nicht überraschen, dass ich eine dieser Feedback-Stimmen bin.
Es war so eine schöne Überraschung, das neue Tab „Inserate“ zu sehen. Ausstattungen können jetzt einfach und intuitiv hinzugefügt werden. Alte Inserate, die nie veröffentlicht wurden, lassen sich ganz einfach löschen. Und nicht zu vergessen: Der Fotorundgang! Wenn ihr die Änderungen noch nicht gesehen habt, rate ich euch allen, sie auszuprobieren.
Wie gesagt: Wir hören euer Feedback immer und wir haben tolle Fragen bei unserer letzten Fragerunde im Mai erhalten. Ich möchte wieder von euch hören und lade euch ein, mir all eure Fragen rund um das neueste Update zu stellen.

En natuurlijk de fotorondleiding. Als je de veranderingen nog niet hebt gezien, raad ik je aan om deze uit te proberen.
Zoals ik eerder al zei, luisteren we altijd naar feedback en we kregen geweldige vragen tijdens onze laatste Q&A in mei. Ik hoor graag weer van jullie en ik nodig jullie uit om al jullie vragen te stellen over deze nieuwste release.

It's really reassuring to hear about your experience because I'm currently facing the exact same problem here in Paris. I've been a super host for four years, and I'm confident that I've been doing my best to host people from around the world. Similar to your situation, my performance has dramatically dropped since the winter release. Unfortunately, I only have access to a few features of the new service.
My system doesn't display any of the new listing editor functions. I've heard people talking about an AI-generated photo tour, but I have no idea what it is.
I reached out to Airbnb support team, and one Supporter mentioned that it's possible to preventing me from benefiting from all the features of Early Access, even though I'm eager to use it. Another supporter stated that Early Access isn't available to every host (which is confusing to me) despite Community managers stating otherwise in the Q&A section, affirming that this service is for every host.
I've submitted reports about the bugs, and the support team asked me to be patient for a few more days. They promised to provide an answer, but unfortunately, nothing has happened.
After the winter release, I'm experiencing the very worst moment of my life. I don't know what to do. I'm feeling utterly helpless because when the last summer release occurred, the same thing happened to me. I can totally accept that if this is happening because of my fault like a bad review or overpriced stay, but that’s not the reason. So, I feel really useless in the face of this repeated situation.

From past conversations on the community centre on the subject, it would seem that hosts that have more than 6 listings do not have (yet) access to the new photo tour😢
Hello @Joelle43, indeed, I did read a comment regarding this matter and I promptly responded to it. However, as of now, it's obvious that I do have multiple listings because I have shared room, but not up to six. I wasn't aware of this limitation because no one had previously mentioned it. I attempted to reach out to Airbnb's support team to report this issue, yet it appears that they were unaware of it entirely. I'm puzzled as to why, if it's explicitly stated, such as the limit of six listings, they couldn't provide me with an accurate answer. That's the aspect I'm having trouble comprehending.
Hi @Joy1578 ! Adding to @Joelle43 's comments, majority of Hosts worldwide will be able to use the Listings tab, rolled out on November 8. But Hosts using API-connected software and Hosts with seven or more listings (including listings that are in progress or unlisted) do not yet have access to the Listings tab. We’ll keep our Host's updated on its availability. You will also find a brief of this info at the bottom of this article here.

To clarify further, I've noticed that the listing tab hasn't been adaptable for me since November 10th. I reached out to the super host support team regarding this issue and have spoken with four different representatives since then, yet none of them have provided me with an answer.
Considering your statement that the listing editor isn't adaptable for hosts with more than six listings, I have two questions:
I am seeking clarification on these points to better understand the situation. Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for your answers, it was very helpful to understand where the problem comes from.
By the way, I must mention that the link you provided seemed quite familiar to me as I've read it multiple times before. However, there was a recent addition that was not initially stated, notably the mention of a limit of 6 listings. This addition was not present in the initial information, which is why I was unsure of the source of my issue with the listing editor.
I hope that I'll have more efficient help asap.

Hi @Joy1578 !! Hope you are doing well🌻 I am sorry to hear you have been facing these concerns related to Early access. If I may ask (and just to be sure), have you tried accessing the early access by opting in through the Winter Release page?
You can opt in from the Airbnb 2023 Winter Release page (there is a button at the end of the article where you can enroll by simply clicking) or the Airbnb app. In the app, select Early Access features at the top of your menu of hosting settings. Keep in mind: Once you have Early Access, you can’t go back to the current version of these features. Incase you don't opt in Hosts can expect to receive the features on a rolling basis in the coming months.
Would you be also able to share a few screenshots to me through direct message, in case the updates do not show up for you despite opting in. I may be able to reach our tech team to get further advise.

As community manager I'm wondering what are your thoughts regarding the question in my original post earlier on in this thread? In short: what is your advice to me as a new host concerning the apparently dramatic drop in my bookings and listing views after the introduction of the new platform?
