Airbnb and FIFA just announced a major partnership to deliver unforgettable experiences to fans, economic opportunities in local communities, and valuable support to host cities across 3 tournaments.

During the 3-year partnership, Airbnb will serve as:

• Official Partner for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™
• Official Supporter for the FIFA World Cup 26™ in North America
• Official Supporter for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ in the Americas
• Official Fan Accommodation platform for these tournaments

As global excitement builds for the FIFA World Cup 26, a record number of fans are expected to travel to cheer on their teams. 

According to a Deloitte study, over 380,000 Airbnb guests alone are expected to travel for the FIFA World Cup 26, contributing an estimated $3.6 billion USD total to host city economies.* Matches will take place in 16 host cities in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Airbnb hosts could collectively earn up to $210 million USD.
