How will the new performance tab help you monitor your earnings? How frequently do you check your earnings dashboard, and what are you usually looking for?

I check the indicators on these dashboards frequently and it really helps me beat last year's numbers.

Hey this could be cool for the real ME. Focus on the earnings, compare and plan my actions and vacations. I am excited to explore.

Wish business is as promising as my excitement 😄

Hi @Dr-Jayanthi1 , This is interesting ! Could you share a bit more on how these dashboards help you, especially to plan your vacations?

hey @Bhumika LOL - if I get my minimum expected earnings- then go- plan the best vacation that fits your budget 😛😛 if the graph is up than last year then decide on a longer one than last year - my Nov vacation to UK is getting closer 😍😍. I am not a great business person- love hospitality and I believe my personal experience with other airbnb hosts during my travel,  brings back a great learning process and  it’s a win for me and my guests 👍. Sorry if I sound silly 🤪

Haha! @Dr-Jayanthi1 , I love your strategy to let the earnings graph do the talking! 😂📈

Honestly, it sounds like a perfect plan. Your passion for hospitality shines through, and every new guest is another chance to learn (and maybe an excuse for a holiday 😉).

Your UK trip sounds exciting 😍 Are you visiting London?

We use this page only when we tally the TOT in order to submit payment to the tax collector. It is nice to have it clear and efficiently formatted.

@Kitty-and-Creek0 , glad to read you find it clear and efficient. Do you usually calculate your TOT and submit taxes by yourself, or prefer an accountant?

I prefer to use my own accountant

@Bhumika

Thanks for asking! Of course I do it myself. Doing the TOT filings is so easy, nothing to it. We use an accountant only once a year, that is to check our income tax filings to make sure we didn't miss something.

I absolutely love this and how I can also compare year on year and even month on month. Great feature. One thought I had that might be worth while associated with this feature is an indication of the number of bookings and an indication on the ADR - so that we could better understand things like - is an increase / decrease in overall revenue due to an increase / decrease in nights booked vs increase / decrease in ADR. I think this tells a more compelling story . Happy to elaborate further if you think this would be helpful.

This seems like interesting idea @Geoff7 ! Just for the reference of some of our new Airbnb hosts who may visit this thread, would you mind sharing what is ADR?
