Can someone explain this to me please and how this works??

I am new and i didnt realise instant book was on and had to cancel two guests. I lost my super host status and was threatened with a 100 dollar fine. Is there something i am missing or is this all extremely misleading way for airbnb to make more money prompting errors from users. Maybe Im wrong...

Did you write to the Customer Service, @Romuald5, to explain the reason for the cancellations?
