Dear partner,

I have a question regarding a refund settlement.  As the guest left earlier than expected we issued a refund of 351 euros. How should we settle with airbnb the refunded amount of 351 euros? Is airbnb goig to witheld that money in a future reservation?

O hóspede deve cancelar a reserva pelo site e o próprio Airbnb, de acordo com a tua política de cancelamento, irá reembolsar o hóspede.
